Welcome to the Coaches Corner. In this short vlog we will discuss creating balance within workouts. Not balance training, but a balance between recovery workouts and performance workouts.


The Question: I have accomplished my weekly movement goal of 9 hours, and created balance within the 4 pillars of movement. As a result I am tired, sore, and need to modify, but how? I still want to complete my goal, is the only answer to do less?
